What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. We also use related technologies such as local storage and pixel tags. They let us keep you signed in, remember preferences, and understand how the product is used.
Categories we use
- Strictly necessary. Authentication and session cookies set by Supabase so signed-in pages work, and CSRF tokens for form submissions. The site cannot function without these.
- Product analytics. PostHog and Vercel Analytics set cookies that help us understand which features are used and where people get stuck.
- Diagnostics. Sentry uses session identifiers to group related error traces.
The embedded audit widget
When an agency embeds Recon on their site, the widget runs in an isolated iframe and does not set marketing cookies on the host page. It records lead submissions on behalf of the agency under that agency's own privacy notice.
Your choices
Most browsers let you block or delete cookies in settings. Blocking strictly-necessary cookies will prevent you from signing in. You can opt out of analytics via the relevant browser controls or by emailing us.
