INDUSTRY AUDIT · REAL ESTATE
Free 30-second audit tuned for real estate. SEO, performance, security, mobile, and accessibility — graded A through F.
Real estate websites are content-heavy by nature — property listings, neighborhood guides, agent profiles, and market reports. That volume of content is an SEO goldmine if the technical foundation supports it. But most real estate sites are built on IDX platforms that sacrifice technical SEO for listing functionality.
The biggest technical issue we see on real estate sites is JavaScript-heavy rendering. Many IDX integrations load property listings via client-side JavaScript, which means Google can't see the listings until it renders the JavaScript — and Google's rendering budget is limited. If your listings aren't server-rendered or pre-rendered, they're effectively invisible to search engines.
Image optimization is the second critical failure point. A single property listing might have 30-40 high-resolution photos. Without lazy loading, responsive images, and WebP/AVIF formats, a listing page can weigh 15+ MB. That's a 10-second load on a typical mobile connection.
For agencies, real estate is a lucrative vertical. Agents and brokerages spend heavily on marketing and understand the value of online visibility. An audit that reveals their listings are invisible to Google creates an immediate "fix this now" response.
